Most orders leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days. It usually takes 2 to 10 business days for your items to arrive depending on your location. Please understand that delays do happen that our out of our control once the shipment leaves our warehouse. Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.

Once your package leaves our facility, we’ll provide you with a tracking number. Please note that some USPS Priority shipments may not show any movement scans until the items have been delivered.

We ship to all US Military bases, APO / FPO / AE postal offices. However, these shipments are excluded from our free shipping promotions.

Due to the high amount of lost packages shipped to PO Box addresses, we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you are unable to provide us with a physical delivery address, please call our customer service team at (904) 725-5000 to ask how we can assist.

We ship directly to Canada. Any duties, value-added tax (VAT) and any other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer to be paid at the time of delivery.
For other worldwide shipping, please place your purchases through our Ebay store.
If you are using a U.S. freight forwarding company, we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss of items once the order is received at the freight forwarding company.
All orders shipped to a freight forwarding company must be paid using PayPal, ACH, or by Wire transfer. Credit card payments for orders placed with a delivery to a freight forwarding address may not be processed and will be refunded.

Orders over 250 lbs are usually shipped by freight truck. Our team will reach out to you in advance to let you know and confirm the delivery instructions.
All freight companies require an immediate possession of the order by customer upon delivery. If delivery is delayed by the customer and needs to be rescheduled, any storage-in-transit fees incurred will be solely the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full prior to delivery.
If for any reason you cannot take possession of your order and it is returned to our warehouse, we will refund your order to the original form of payment, minus all incurred shipping and storage-in-transit costs charged to us by the freight company. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will also be deducted.

If your package is lost in transit, we can help provided you notify us within 30 days of the ship date in writing to Sales@ArmyNavyOutdoors.com. No claims can be opened after 30 days and we cannot assume any responsibility for claims not reported within this time period.
